An amazing and unique experience! Had a fantastic weekend, completely disconnected from the rest of the world. The facilities are top notch, surrounded by the mountains & clouds a must place to visit wen you travel to Sagada. They also sell Souvenirs and we bought Etag that you can buy w/ the same price in the local market. Just need to improve the Food and Drinks. Taste less. Especially the pancakes we had on the breakfast. But overall the Local owners is very polite and kind definitely will be back again.

This place has one of the best views you can get from a restaurant. It's even better if you come early to catch the sunrise, really peaceful and beautiful. The food servings are big, so you won’t leave hungry. We really liked the etag pancit—it has a unique, smoky taste that’s different from the usual pancit canton. The hot chocolate was also really good, thick, creamy, and perfect for the cold weather. The sandwich and rice meal were okay, not amazing, but still good. If you're in this part of Sagada, it's definitely worth checking out—for both the view and the food.

a food pit offering a sensible serving sizes of silog/rice meals, etag-flavored sandwiches and pasta/noodles and few other things; the stunning and refreshing view of the Cordilleras combined with the cool mountain breeze just make your dine-in a complete experience; place is located along the Sagada-Bontoc road a bit separated from the downtown but local tricycles are available; for those with own cars parking will be on the road itself; “sea of clouds” thing can be experienced if came early in the morning; it also sells a variety of souvenir items including etag; too, we’re grateful to the staff for allowing us to hang on for quite a while as we do our online ‘ems’ with strong wireless data around; our only complain: hot brewed coffee is not good.

Visited Isang Wow Cafe and although we missed the famous sunrise cloud viewing, the afternoon view was still breathtaking with the Cordilleran mountains stretching out in front of us. The food was okay; tried the rabbit meat, but it was a bit on the chewy side. Still, the view alone makes it worth the trip!
